In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Registration of more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. If hp777 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hp777 account login credentials. • The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Where an account is closed by hp777 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of closure may be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to hp777's right of set-off for any amounts owed by the player.

All financial transactions on hp777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hp777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may not process withdrawal requests. The following activities are strictly prohibited on hp777. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or betting context;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in the platform itself or in third-party game software — to generate outcomes that would not occur under normal play;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdiction-based access restrictions;

• Registering or operating more than one player account;

• Any unauthorised access to, or alteration of, player transmissions or data;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform content;
• Any loss resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, hp777's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits hp777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.
